Art Irvin is a street photographer and fashion enthusiast.
How did you determine your passion?
When I was younger I wanted to keep pursing something that kept me creative. I've always did some sort of art, but photography was the thing for me. Every year I kept progressing, and people around me kept pushing me to excel and stick with the craft.
What challenges have you had to overcome?
Timing is key, I feel like my work is artistic and everyone can't grasp what I'm doing now. But in some years my style of work will be appreciated. Other than that, balancing my personal life and my artist life is tough, but you have to sacrifice to be rewarded in the end.
How do you stay focused and productive in your area of passion?
Honestly, I get so many bookings I have no choice but to be focused with my craft , this is my lifestyle so I don't have time to slack. With Gods will, I've been able to capture photos for Meagan Good, Trindad James , Westbrook sisters and many more key figures in today's generation.
I quit my job to focus on what I love most and I think that's the best decision ever made.
